This journal is your companion for self-discovery, encouraging you to record your thoughts, set intentions, and celebrate your progress. The affirmations provided each day are designed to uplift your spirit and reinforce positive habits. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Sacred 21 offers a holistic approach to well-being. Magical yoga flow

Carol is an amazing yoga teacher. I highly recommend, if you are in Tortola, to take her classes. She is so loving, so inspiring and creative. Her practice is not like any other yoga. It is very well thought through and balanced; the music is heavenly; the flow is transforming from inside out. It feels like you are in a beautiful happy magical place where Carol is a fairy. The best yoga experience

When we first moved to the island, I joined a BVI Facebook group. That group helped me find places to volunteer, find a dentist, a Dr, and a place to do yoga. I am thankful for finding Carol. I am new to yoga and my husband really wanted us to try it. Carol was so warm and welcoming. She is full of positive energy and her classes are a wonderful start to my days off! And on one of my volunteer missions I ran into her at Anegada. She hugged me and made me feel so welcome. Carol is AWESOME!!

Corporate sunset
yoga event

I hired Carol to run a sunset yoga class for a corporate marketing event. She is thoughtful and considerate, making sure that the flow was suitable for all levels and abilities. A group of 10 stressed out lawyers and accountants arrived and everyone was thoroughly relaxed at the end of the class.
